first about the new song - they played one new visage song - it soundet very eighties and remindet me of another song, but i couldn't figure out wich one (very John Foxx meets Visage) Steve himself was wearing a very plain make-up - I mean plain in "Steve Strange Dimensions" - no black face like on that new promo-pics - Steve was very "out of his head" to say it in a kind way - after half of the show Steve was leaving the stage (he wanted to leave
one song to early but the band could hold him back) they played "frequency 7" - and although they didn't change arragements or sounds! of that song very much it sounded fresher than any "electro clash" song thats around - Steve was leaving the stage now and came back to the end of the song to join with his vocals - like the version on the b-side of the 7" of tar - his make-up was slowly sliding down his face - after one song he came back with a package of cigarettes - i shoutet "TAR" and he replied "You must have read my mind" - so we finaly spoke to each other!

When he spoke it was always hard to understand - he was babbling - he talked about a fan he had met that afternoon while he was giving autographs he wantet to meet him again and invited him to come backstage after the gig - if he was in the ordience -
Steve was wearing a suit with pin stripes - they play half playback always when his voice broke away or he wasn't holding the mic to his mouth the soundenge! nier turned up the vocal playback - mostly to be honest - they p layed fullplayback and steve was singing over the vocalplayback - the last song of the gig was "fade to grey" after they left the stage there were just a few people clapping - some were boohing - most were shocked to see him in such a bad state and could not figure out what
was wrong with him - the band came back to play "mind of a toy". for the encore steve was wearing a top hat - though it was such a bad gig - i was glad that i had see him at all -
i mean after all i love steve strange and visage
