Kevin Garnett Photo Galleries

It's hard to find pictures of Kevin Garnett. I don't know why, but you tend to see the same pictures over and over again. There aren't many sites out there that have a solid collection of quality KG photos. Since I have tons of stuff, I guess the least I could do is to pump some new material into the system, so to speak.

I know that by putting these photos here for visitors and KG fans alike, people will invariably take them, and maybe even put them up on their own site. I don't really mind that, since these photos don't belong to me anyway (obviously, they belong to the photographers and news services, etc). But because I worked very hard over the years to collect these photos and organize them -- not to mention retouching them -- it's always nice to be acknowledged for putting in the time and effort.

Obviously, if people are going to blatantly steal the photos and claim credit for themselves, there really isn't anything I can do to stop them. It is the internet, after all. But a morsel of courtesy and common sense never hurt anybody.

You know where to reach me.

An important note about the galleries: Geocities has messed up my HTML coding for these galleries. In the past, when you clicked on a thumbnail image, the enlarged photo opened in a new browser. I set it up that way so you didn't have to press the "Back" button on your browser, and thus avoiding having to load all the thumbnails again. This saved you time, and saved me valuable bandwidth.

A few months ago, however, Geocities decided to mess with some of the stuff. I had been using a simple HTML code (target="resource window") to ensure that pictures opened in a new browser, but that no longer works the way it was supposed to. Now when you click on a thumbnail image, the page just goes straight to to photo URL.

I've some new Javascript that will allow me fix everything, and allow photos to appear in a convenient pop-up window. But it takes a LOT of time for me to edit the HTML. As of May 11, 2005, only the 1995-1996, 1996-1997, and 1997-1998 galleries are fixed. I will get to the other galleries, just give me some time.

Obviously, you can use the left sidebar to access each gallery, and to navigate from one to another. The table above is merely to summarize what's available, how many images are up, and the status of each gallery.

Finalized = Most likely won't see any additions because I'm pretty much done. Of course, if I get new ones, I will add them if I feel necessary

Tentative = I'm more of less finished, but I may still have some to upload

More to come = I'm still in the process of uploading more photos, and the gallery is far from finished
