One Road Traffic Act of a foreign country:
"Shall not, to the annoyance of other passengers,
operate any wireless apparatus or other instrument or make any excessive
noise by singing, shouting, etc."
One municipal prohibits advertising activities:
"It is not allowed to place sales or advertising equipment
..., if they are not an integral part of an event or other activity
currently taking place ..."

Spam has been outlawed
in other countries

California passed law stopping the spread of spam.

UK has made spam a criminal offence. Now, sending out unsolicited
messages such as emails, mobile phone text messages.. would
attract unlimited penalty from a jury.
Australia tabled its anti-spam law: Spam Bill 2003 on 2003/9/18:
Fine up to AU$1.1m a day for sending spam.
